Some deals from Hobby Craft

So today me and my partner went to Northampton to go to Hobby Craft.

So we went round the store and I found some good deals. 

Project Life things were 20% off all products. I got myself the mini kit for Holidays. It was £14.99 and I got it for £11.24

I also got two sharpie pens which are ultra fine. I got the pastel purple and black. These were £1.50 each. 

I got five wooden stamps which are small but for Christmas. This was £2.50

I two acrylic blocks for stamping and they were in a pack which cost £3.00

Dear Lizzy date stamp which is £5.00

Pukka highlighter pack which is £1.50

I also joined the hobby craft club. 

I have just got a second hand Filofax, which doesn't start till the 18th December which is great as my birthday is 19th December. I have done some stamping with my new items for the week of Christmas, I will update more when I get into it in the new year. 

Loads of things but are XMAS!

Yes it is early but it's just round the corner now and that is CHRISTMAS 

I have ordered a few things like a planner from Paperchase just because I do have a filofax which is the Cancer one in the pocket size but never really used it but I wanted an A5 size because I love big planner/diary so I got myself a cheaper version of the Filofax. 

Which is this

Love the colours and it looks so cool and different from Filofax but have the same 6 rings as theirs. 

The only thing that I am not happy about is the fact the paper inside is 70lb and so my pens do bleed through the page. But they came with the planner and I will use them until I find one I like the look of or at the right price. 

My Cancer Pink Filofax I got in 2008 and I think it was £15 but it could of been in the sale the reason I like it was because it was small and it was good for my college work keeping it all together and then when I finished in 2008 I stop using it all together. So I ordered from ebay the pink sheets for 2015 to add into it and hopefully will start to use that as well to just keep in purse. I am not a pink person but it's for cancer and it's not a shocking pink either. 

The pen is from when I was in school and went through thing of loving playboy. It's a lovely writer but it's blue ink and I am a black ink person. It does have a pencil but I have some how broken the winding for the pencil and it's not working :( and it's all silver but I will keep it though as it does look pretty. 

I know I am not meant to use my big one now but I wanted to get it set up and use to it before the new year. So I have done my own dividers for both of these planners. 

I used the paper pad from New Bloom. I love these papers in this pack and just wanted to have them as my dividers I used mainly the double size paper and two one sided paper and that didn't laminate that well but I have still used it.  

Halloween

I am not into Halloween..... at all I do like looking at things but me I don't go out or anything..... 

But I did buy two Halloween sticker pages.

I do have a witches outfit for my teddy bear too which I will be printing out the photo for my La De Dah journal page. 

I go these from a pound shop in the UK so they were 50p each which I was thinking I couldn't go wrong with these for my scrapbooking/smashing page. 

The one of the ghosts are foiled stickers and they look amazing and love the purple in these too.

The teddy bear ones are prefect for the fact I have a witches outfit for my teddy. These are also 3D.

Update in the La De Dah Journal

So I thought my journal was the pretty one but infact it is the travel one.... which I don't mind.

I still use it to smash everything into for this year. I have added the extra pages pack into it too. 

I will say now I do have the INDIE version which is being wrapped up either for my birthday or Christmas just not sure which yet.

So this is all which I got there was another photo frame which I couldn't find but all of the La De Dah range were on ebay on the UK site 4 for 3 which is a good offer. I used this offer to because I knew I wanted to get the INDIE journal and wanted things to go with. I did fine the journal cheaper on amazon.co.uk to the ebay site. 

So here are some new pages in my Travel Journal which is of 2014.

So I have done a double spread for Lady Gaga tour which I went to see on Wednesday 15th October. In NIA Birmingham which was her first night in the UK. I have a normal blog post on this.

So what I done was print out the pictures I wanted in here with my Canon Sephly CP900 wifi. But the first picture which I printed came out bigger than I thought so I cut the three pictures out and used in the background in which I then printed the same picture out and put it with a boarder so it fitted. I thought it worked out really nicely. I used two pens one in purple and one in black to write out #artRAVE at the top of the page and wrote the tour. I got a 8 x 8 paper back which is Back To Basics in the colour one in which it is from Trimcraft too. I cut it so I could make it as a pocket so I could put more photos into.

These ones are of my grandad saying goodbye.... I wanted it simple and plain in which I used the coffee or tea page because when I used to live with him and my Gran they would always have a pot of Tea on all the time and tea was his favourite..... I miss Gran all the time in which she died back in 1997.

This is me trying to get Monty to stay still so I could get a lovely photo of him which wasn't good he moves all the time.

Anyone who knows me knows I am following the book into film of Fifty Shades Of Grey in which I love Jamie Dornan. 

I had to put a page for Disney Infinity because Neil and myself have got the new version of it 2.0 superheros. I am loving Thor and Neil is always Captain America.

I just used some photos from my stack from previous times which I have put into this journal. I love this journal and you don't have to be in order or what not. Just choose a page and off you go. It's so much like a smash book just you can add or remove pages and change the order around. I am loving this order at the moment but that can all change by Christmas.

I have also ordered for Christmas the La De Dah Indie Journal which is the purple one and as everyone should know that is me down to a tee. Love you Trimcraft!!!!!!!!!!!!!
